Refund policy

We offer a 60-day return period. This means you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can review the issue and provide a proper solution.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. We wont charge you for this.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
